How to share a car in London?

Using Ubeeqo

• Creating an account

  Register through the app or website, and follow the steps to enter your details. Upload a photo of your driving licence, selfie and DVLA check code (if you have a UK licence). Our team will check your documents and activate your account within 24 hours. Add a debit or credit card to your account - you'll only be charged when you book a car.

• Booking your vehicle

  Use the app or website to find a car or van for your journey. Enter the time you want to pick up and return the vehicle, and what kind of car or van you want. Check the date/time, pricing and vehicle location, then tap the Book Now button to confirm. You'll still be able to edit and change your booking afterwards.

• During your booking

  Unlock the vehicle with the Ubeeqo app or your selected contactless card. Find the pinpad in the glove box and answer the questions regarding cleanliness and damage to release the keys. If the vehicle is damaged, email photos to our customer service team. Once you've started your booking, you can lock and unlock the vehicle with the car keys. You will need to pay for any other parking required during your booking.

• Ending your booking

  As Ubeeqo operates a round trip service, you'll need to return the vehicle to where you picked it up from. At a FIXED BAY location, return it to the marked car club only bay you picked it up from. At a GEOFENCE AREA, the vehicle can be returned anywhere within the geofenced area (there are some exceptions) and can include more than one road. Check in the Ubeeqo app or your booking confirmation email which location your vehicle 'lives' in.
